Please see below for the COVID-19 weekly tip and on-campus case update.

WEEKLY TIP
Effective next week (January 26, 2021), updated Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) regulations will require “all air passengers arriving to the US from a foreign country to get tested for COVID-19 infection no more than 3 days before their flight departs and to provide proof of the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 to the airline before boarding the flight.” Staff from the Gustavus Center for International and Cultural Education (CICE) have reached out to international students. Faculty/staff who are currently outside the country are encouraged to contact g-covidresponse@gustavus.edu if they have any questions.
As a reminder, the Gustavus COVID-19 travel policy currently prohibits College-sponsored travel with the exception of essential travel that has prior approval from a member of the President’s Cabinet. Further, all Gustavus students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to limit their personal (non-College sponsored) travel as much as possible to help stop the spread of COVID-19. The full Gustavus COVID-19 travel policy is available online.
