WEEKLY TIP
Did you know that Gustavus has a COVID-19 Student Advisory Board? Comprising a diverse cross-section of students who represent various groups and involvements, the board meets each week to provide student perspective and ideas on the ongoing COVID response efforts on campus.
 
Students on the advisory board are expected to become knowledgeable about Minnesota Department of Health guidance influencing college decisions and current Gustavus COVID response measures. The group shares ideas and concerns in a solution-oriented way to help keep students living and learning on campus. Gustavus COVID-19 Student Advisory Board members include:

COVID-19 DASHBOARD UPDATE
As of March 8, 2021

Total Positive Cases (since August 15): 262

Current Positive Student Cases: 4
Current Positive Employee Cases: 2
Total Students in Isolation/Quarantine: 47
Students in Isolation/Quarantine On Campus: 6
Employees in Isolation/Quarantine: 3
 
This data set is meant to encompass the on-campus impact of COVID-19 by counting cases where a person may have been on campus while infectious. For example, students who are living at home or employees who are working remotely and not visiting campus will not be counted in these on-campus numbers. This information is also available for viewing on the College’s COVID-19 Dashboard.
