WEEKLY TIP
Each of us has been dealing with the many stresses of COVID-19 for a year now and it’s natural to be feeling “COVID fatigue” and increased mental health effects. As we continue to deal with the lack of control and negative emotions that can accompany the continued pandemic, these coping skills from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Gustavus Counseling Center may be helpful. During this long weekend, please take some time to unplug, check in with yourself, and relax!

COVID-19 DASHBOARD UPDATE

Current Positive Student Cases: 4
Current Positive Employee Cases: 0
Total Students in Isolation/Quarantine: 48

This data set is meant to encompass the on-campus impact of COVID-19 by counting cases where a person may have been on campus while infectious. For example, students who are living at home or employees who are working remotely and not visiting campus will not be counted in these on-campus numbers. This information is also available for viewing on the College’s COVID-19 Dashboard.

As always, if you have any questions, please consult the College’s COVID-19 website and email g-covidresponse@gustavus.edu.
