SUBJECT: COVID-19 Weekly Update
DATE: September 22, 2020
Please see below for the COVID-19 weekly tip and on-campus case update.
REMINDER
Students and families are invited to a virtual Zoom forum tonight at 7:30 p.m. CDT. President Bergman and other Gustavus leaders will discuss the return to campus, COVID-19 policies, and more. Questions can be submitted via Zoom chat or emailed in advance to ga_news@gustavus.edu. The Zoom meeting link is available here (link will be active at meeting time).
WEEKLY TIP
Contact tracing helps our community to remain as safe as possible and will help us to learn and live on campus this semester. Students and staff should limit close contacts to four or fewer people to help minimize the chance for COVID-19 transmission. If you report symptoms or test positive, you will be asked to provide a list of your close contacts, who will be contacted to discuss possible exposure, testing, and quarantine. Your identity will not be revealed. Because the wellbeing of the community is at risk, any student or employee who chooses to not abide by the COVID-19 safety expectations will be in violation of College policy.

This information is also available for viewing on the College’s COVID-19 Dashboard.
